As soon as we receive the goods or the complained items, we will check them. Depending on the order situation, processing can take around 3 to 5 days. You can complain or return items within 14 days of receiving the goods if they were delivered incorrectly or if you received a defective or damaged item.
If there is obvious damage to the package, the shipping partner must be informed immediately.
The best thing is not to accept the goods at all.
In this case, we will bear the return costs if the goods arrived damaged or if we sent you the wrong item.
Otherwise, the buyer bears the costs of return.
