Estro Lux intake and dosage

The recommended daily dose is one capsule with a glass of water in the morning and one in the evening after a meal.

Diels) root extract 120 mg, filler: acacia gum, rosemary (Rosmarinusofficinalis L. ) leaf extract with 5-7% rosmarinic acid 80 mg (rosmarinic acid 4-5.6 mg), bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus L.) thallus extract with 0.2% iodine 60 mg (iodine 120 µg - 80% NRV*), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6 7.7 mg - 550% NRV*), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, ACTAMIDE® [black pepper (Pipernigrum L.) fruit extract with 95% piperine] 2 mg (piperine 1.9 mg).
